摘  要:目的西部地区钻井井筒深井马头门所处侏罗纪煤系地层岩性松软、强度低,围岩稳定性差。针对钻井井筒马头门常规结构,为改善衬砌及相连钻井井壁极易产生破坏等问题。方法提出一种钻井井筒马头门新型结构形式,新型结构使用沥青制品板将钻井井壁与马头门衬砌由刚性连接变为弱连接。采用大型计算软件对新型马头门结构和常规马头门结构的位移和应力分布特征进行分析对比,并对比不同厚度沥青板支护效果。结果数值模拟结果揭示了该种新型马头门结构的受力变形机理,与常规结构相比,井壁结构中第一主应力、竖向变形分别减小了67.30%、18.51%;并提出沥青制品板厚度在8~14mm时结构受力效果好。结论采用新型结构后,沥青制品板起到良好的变形调压作用,有效改善了连接处井壁的受力状况。研究结果可为特殊地质条件下马头门的设计施工提供参考。Objective In order to solvethe problem that the drilling well wall connected to the lining is easy to produce damage sincethe deep shaft ingate,constructedby using drilling methods in the western region,is located in the Jurassic coal bearing strata with soft lithology,low strength,and poor surrounding rock stability.Methods A new structural form of drilling wellbore horsehead gate was proposed,inwhich the asphalt product panels wereused to change the drilling well wall and horsehead gate lining from a rigid connection to a weak connection.Thelarge calculation software was used to analyze and compare the displacement and stress distribution characteristics of the new horsehead gate structure and the conventional horsehead gate structure,and to compare the support effect of different thicknesses of asphalt panels.Results The numerical simulation results revealed the stress deformation mechanism of the new type of ingate structure,Compared with conventional structures,the first principal stress and vertical deformation in the shaft structure had decreased by 67.30%and 18.51%,indicating that the stress state of the structure was more reasonable when the thickness of the asphalt product board was between 8mm and 14mm.Conclusion After adopting the new structure,the asphalt product plate plays a good role in deformation and pressure regulation,which effectively improves the stress condition of the well wall at the connection.The research results provide reference for the design and construction of ingate under special geological conditions.
