教学质量视角下高职院校教学督导的价值内涵与建设路径

摘　　要：教学质量作为高职院校教学工作的永恒话题,与教学督导同向同行,一方面,提升教学质量,推动教学督导制度持续完善;另一方面,教学督导从实践和理论两方面促进教学质量提升。在此背景下,教学督导具有内在的价值内涵,包括以维护教育教学之“道”的价值核心、以指引教学行动之“法”的价值认知、以贯通教学实践之“自”的价值导向和以融汇教学质量之“然”的价值表现。基于此,立足体系、主体、途径、反馈四个维度提出建设路径,即完善督导管理体系、建立督导评价队伍、创新督导评价方式、强化督导评价反馈。Teaching quality,as an eternal topic in the teaching work of vocational colleges,goes hand in hand with teaching supervision.On the one hand,improving the quality of teaching practice promotes the continuous improvement of the teaching supervision system;on the other hand,teaching supervision promotes the improvement of teaching quality from both practical and theoretical perspectives.In this context,teaching supervision has inherent value connotations,including the value core of maintaining the"way"of education and teaching,the value cognition of guiding teaching actions with the"method",the value orientation of integrating teaching practice with the"self",and the value expression of integrating teaching quality with the"nature".Based on this,a construction path is proposed from four dimensions:system,subject,approach,and feedback,namely,improving the supervision and management system,establishing a supervision and evaluation team,innovating supervision and evaluation methods,and strengthening supervision and evaluation feedback.
