海河流域重要饮用水水源地管理体制机制研究

摘　　要：海河流域水资源匮乏,其重要饮用水水源地不仅为流域内城市提供了关键的饮用水保障,还对周边生态环境的建设与整体发展起着至关重要的作用。通过梳理海河流域海委直管的重要饮用水水源地体制机制现状,分析水源地管理体制机制存在的问题,提出理顺重要水源地管理体制机制及饮用水水源地保护建议。The Haihe River Basin faces acute water resource scarcity,yet its key drinking water sources remain pivotal to sustaining urban water supplies and fostering ecological development in surrounding regions.Nevertheless,the Haihe River Committee's management of these critical water sources confronts multifaceted challenges under emerging pressures.By sorting out the current situation of the system and mechanism of the important drinking water source directly administered by the Haihe River Committe,the problems existingin the management system and mechanism of the water source were analyzed,and suggestions were put forward to straighten out the management system and mechanism of the important drinking water source and the protection of the drinking water source.
