利用SSR分子标记分析玉米种质资源的遗传多样性

摘  要:种质资源的遗传多样性是育种工作的重要物质基础,在玉米新品种选育和品种改良中发挥着十分重要的作用。为确保种质资源的合理利用,利用40对SSR引物对342份玉米新种质进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:共检测出205个等位基因位点,每对引物可检测到的等位基因数在2~8个之间,平均为5.125个;有效等位基因数为1.656~7.664,平均为4.658;多态性信息含量为0.318~0.855,平均为0.722。通过邻接法聚类分析,将342份玉米种质划分为6个类群,其中来源明确的玉米种质和标杆自交系的类群归属与系谱完全吻合。该批种质材料研究结果可以为玉米育种中种质创新、组合选配提供丰富的种质资源和有用的遗传信息。Genetic diversity of germplasm resources as material basis for breeding work plays a very significance role in the selection and improvement of new maize varieties.To ensure the rational utilization of germplasm resources,40 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 342 new germplasm accessions of maize.The results showed that 205 alleles were detected and the total numbers of alleles detected by each pair of primers ranged from 2 to 8,with an average of 5.125.The effective number of alleles ranged from 1.656 to 7.664,with an average of 4.658.Polymorphism information content ranged from 0.318 to 0.855,with an average of 0.722.By neighbor-joining method clustering analysis,342 maize germplasm accessions were classified into 6 groups,among which the groups belonging of maize germplasms with clear origin and the standard inbred lines were completely consistent with the pedigree.The research results of this batch of germplasm materials provide abundant germplasm resources and useful genetic information for germplasm innovation and combination selection in maize breeding.
