烟台市牟平区兽医实验室管理能力评价研究

摘　　要：以《地(市)级和县(市)级兽医实验室现场考核细则》为依据,建立兽医实验室评分和管理能力评价体系,梳理出7个维度的实验室管理评价指标,对牟平区兽医实验室2013年、2018年、2023年实验室考核结果进行评价,运用雷达图反映出兽医实验室的管理情况,结果显示:2018年牟平区兽医实验室管理水平最高,2023年兽医实验室管理在工作人员、实验室管理、档案管理方面有所欠缺。建议牟平区兽医实验室加强人才引进和培养,加强内审和管理评审,完善实验室管理体系。Based on Detailed Rules for Site Assessment of Veterinary Laboratories at Prefecture(city)and County(city)levels,the evaluation system of veterinary laboratory scoring and management ability was established,and seven dimensions of laboratory management evaluation indicators were sorted out to evaluate the laboratory assessment results of Muping District Veterinary Laboratory in 2013,2018 and 2023.The radar map was used to reflect the management situation of veterinary laboratories,the results showed that the management level of Muping District Veterinary Laboratory was the highest in 2018 while in 2023,the management of the veterinary laboratory had deficiencies in aspects such as staff,laboratory management,and file management.It is suggested that the veterinary laboratory in Muping District should strengthen talent introduction and training,strengthen internal audit and management review,and improve the laboratory management system.
