摘 要:以一种新型Si-Al系多孔介质(简称W)和钢屑作为土壤的改性基质,在单因素试验基础上,以污水pH、改性基质添加质量分数、培育温度为主要影响因子,以总氮去除率为响应值,应用Box-Behnken中心组合法,设计3因素3水平响应面试验,分析改良土壤处理低碳氮比污水的影响因素,得到处理的最优条件为:污水pH=6.00,改性基质添加质量分数14.00%,培育温度27.00℃。最优条件下,总氮去除率为64.04%。通过吸附等温试验,比较3种改性基质M1、M2、M4(W与钢屑分别按质量比10∶0、0∶10、3∶7混合)对氮的吸附特性,运用朗缪尔方程(Langmuir equation)和弗罗因德利希方程(Freundlich equation)进行拟合,发现利用弗罗因德利希方程对数据的拟合效果较好。3种改性基质对硝态氮和亚硝态氮的吸附能力由强到弱顺序为M4、M2、M1,说明M4对污水具有较好的处理效果。A novel porous material of Si-Al series(W)and steel scrap were utilized as modified matrices to improve the soil.To analyze factors of low carbon-to-nitrogen ratio sewage treated with improved soil,experiments were conducted based on the Box-Behnken design with three factors and three levels of response surface method after single-factor experiments.The pH value of the sewage,mass fraction of modified matrix additive and cultivation temperature were selected as main influencing factors,and the total nitrogen removal rate was analyzed as the response value.The optimum pH value of the sewage,mass fraction of modified matrix additive and cultivation temperature were found to be 6.00,14.00%and 27.00℃,respectively.Under these conditions,the total nitrogen removal rate was 64.04%.Adsorption capacity of the three modified matrices,namely M1,M2,and M4 was then evaluated using isothermal adsorption tests,while W was mixed with steel scrap in mass ratios of 10∶0,0∶10,and 3∶7,respectively.The adsorption characteristics were modelled using the Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation,with the latter being proved to be a superior fit for the data.The ranking of the three modified matrices based on their ability to adsorb both anionic and cationic nitrogen was found to be M4,M2,M1,which indicates that M4 has better treatment effect on sewage.
