不同配箍率钢筋地聚物混凝土梁受剪性能试验研究与分析

摘  要:为推广地聚物混凝土在工程结构中的应用,设计了3根不同配箍率的钢筋地聚物混凝土梁试件,研究其单调加载作用下的受剪性能,分析其受力破坏过程、破坏形态以及荷载-位移曲线等。采用ABAQUS软件建立了钢筋地聚物混凝土梁的有限元分析模型,对各试件的荷载-位移曲线、破坏形态的试验结果和模拟结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:各试件均为剪压破坏,相比配箍率为0.25%的试件,配箍率为0.29%、0.35%的试件的抗剪承载力提高了5.3%、10.3%;配箍率的增加对试件的跨中位移影响较小;随着剪跨比的增加,试件的抗剪承载力和刚度明显下降,塑性变形能力显著提升;试件抗剪性能有限元模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。In order to promote the application of geopolymer concrete in engineering structures,three reinforced geopolymer concrete beam specimens with different stirrup ratios were designed to study the shear performance under monotonic loading.The failure process,failure mode and load-displacement curves were analyzed.The finite element analysis model of reinforced geopolymer concrete beam was established by ABAQUS software,and the test results and simulation results of load-displacement curves and failure modes of specimens were compared and analyzed.The results show that all the specimens are shear and compression failure.Compared with the specimens of 0.25%stirrup ratio,the shear bearing capacity of the specimens of 0.29%and 0.35%stirrup ratios increases by 5.3%and 10.3%.The increase of the stirrup ratio has little effect on the mid-span displacement of the specimens.With the increase of shear span ratio,the shear bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimens decrease significantly,and the plastic deformation capacity is significantly improved.The finite element simulation results of the shear performance of the specimens are in good agreement with the experimental results.
