摘  要:为促进自密实粉煤灰混凝土的工程应用,对钢管自密实粉煤灰混凝土黏结滑移性能进行了研究。通过改变混凝土强度等级、钢管内部构造等参数对6根钢管自密实粉煤灰混凝土柱进行了黏结滑移推出试验,并应用数字图像相关技术对其中4个试件进行了表面应变监测。结果表明,试件推出后钢管外表面无明显变形,填充混凝土除加载端有部分碎屑掉落外无明显破坏;各试件荷载-滑移曲线到达峰值荷载前,荷载与位移基本呈线性关系,峰值点后曲线走势分为骤降型和缓降型两种形式;钢管自密实混凝土界面黏结性能随内部混凝土强度的提高而增强,同条件下,有内部构造的试件平均黏结强度明显大于无构造的试件;钢管自密实粉煤灰混凝土与普通钢管自密实混凝土试件中钢管的应变发展规律表现出相似的特征。In order to promote the engineering application of self-compacting fly ash concrete,the bond-slip performance of self-compacting fly ash concrete filled steel tube was studied.The bond-slip push-out test of 6 self-compacting fly ash concrete filled steel tube columns was carried out by changing the parameters such as concrete strength grade and internal structure of steel tube,and the surface strain of 4 specimens was monitored by digital image correlation(DIC)technology.The results show that there is no obvious deformation on the outer surface of the steel tube after the specimen was pushed out,and there is no obvious damage on the filled concrete except for some debris falling at the loading end.Before the load-slip curve of each specimen reaches the peak load,the load and displacement are basically linear,and the curve trend after the peak point is divided into two forms:sudden drop type and slow drop type.The interfacial bonding performance of self-compacting flyash concrete filled steel tube increases with the increase of internal concrete strength.Under the same conditions,the average bonding strength of the inner-constructed specimens is larger than non-constructed specimens significantly.The strain development law of steel tube in self-compacting fly ash concrete filled steel tube and ordinary self-compacting concrete filled steel tube shows similar characteristics.
