摘 要:倾斜体型建筑结构与常规沿竖向垂直的建筑结构有不同的变形和受力特征。倾斜体型建筑结构在竖向荷载(恒载+活载)作用下,结构顶部将出现较大的水平位移,协调同一楼层倾斜竖向构件的水平变形会导致楼板产生较大的平面内应力,垂直剪力墙也会有较大的剪力和弯矩。通过工程实例,对倾斜体型复杂高层建筑结构选型和受力特点进行分析,并给出以下设计建议:沿倾斜方向布置剪力墙可有效减少结构顶部水平位移;可采用“先铰后刚”的设计措施解决连接斜墙框架梁内力过大的问题;应重视倾斜体型结构竖向荷载下的楼板面内应力。The inclined building structure has different deformation and stress characteristics from the conventional vertical building structure.Under the vertical load(dead load+live load),the inclined building structure will have a large horizontal displacement at the top of the structure.Coordinating the horizontal deformation of the inclined vertical members of the same floor will lead to a large in-plane stress on the floor,and there will be a large shear force and bending moment along the vertical shear wall.Through an engineering example,the structural selection and stress characteristics of inclined complex high-rise buildings were analyzed,and the following design suggestions were given:arranging shear walls along the inclined direction can effectively reduce the horizontal displacement at the top of the structure;the design measure of‘hinge first and then rigid’can be used to solve the problem of excessive internal force of frame beam connecting inclined wall.Attention should be paid to the in-plane stress of the floor under the vertical load of the inclined structure.
