摘 要:提出在KT型方钢管节点的弦杆与支杆连接部位焊接波纹板,形成新型波纹板加强KT型方钢管节点。通过对6个KT型方钢管节点(2个普通节点和4个新型波纹板加强节点)进行静力试验,给出此类节点的极限承载力和破坏模式,揭示了节点的破坏机理。通过与试验结果的比较,验证了有限元模型的正确性,在此基础上确定节点的极限荷载。结果表明,波纹板加强节点的破坏模式为支杆根部未断裂下的弦杆剪切失效和支杆根部断裂下的弦杆剪切失效。波纹板对KT型节点的极限荷载、破坏荷载、延性均有显著提高,可有效提升KT型节点的抗倒塌性能。A novel type of joint was formed to strengthen KT-shaped square steel tube joints by welding corrugated plates at the joints between the chord and brace members.The ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of six KT-shaped square steel tube joints(two common joints and four novel corrugated plate reinforced joints)were given through static tests,and the failure mechanism of the joints was revealed.The correctness of the finite element models was verified by comparison with the experimental results,and the ultimate load of the joints was determined on this basis.The results show that the failure modes of the corrugated plate reinforcement joints are the shear failure of the chord member with the brace member root unbroken and the shear failure of the chord member with the brace member root broken.The ultimate load,failure load and ductility of KT-shaped joints are significantly improved by the corrugated plates,which can effectively improve the collapse-resistant behavior of KT-shaped joints.
