摘　　要：中药炮制是一门传统的制药技术,包括修制、水制、火制、水火共制等技术,其中火制方法中的炒制是常用的炮制方法之一,中药炮制自古流传着“逢子必炒”的重要理论。药物经炒制后有利于有效成分煎出,去除非药用部位,降低毒性,缓和药性,达到减毒增效的目的。该文通过“逢子必炒”的历史考证对“逢子必炒”理论的形成及发展进行验证,结合“逢子必炒”物质基础、药动学和药理作用机制变化等多方面探究“逢子必炒”的炮制内涵,为进一步验证、发扬“逢子必炒”炮制理论及指导临床合理用药提供科学凭据。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)processing is a conventional concoction process,including the repair,water,fried and water-fried processing.Fried processing is one of the common TCM processing method,and the theory of“seed drugs be stir-fried”has long been spread.Frying is beneficial to decoct the active ingredients,remove the non-medicinal parts,reduce the toxicity,moderate the medicinal properties,and achieve the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy.This article verified the formation and development of the theory of“seed drugs be stir-fried”,and explored the clinical significance by analyzing the material basis,pharmacokinetics and pharmacological action mechanism changes of the theory.We expected to provide scientific evidence to further verify and carry forward the theory of"seed drugs be stir-fried",and guide the rational use of drugs in clinical practice.
