摘  要:【目的】选取54份江苏瑞华农业科技有限公司种植的水稻新品系作为试验材料,明确新品系中粒形基因分布类型及频率,为粒形基因改良提供理论参考依据。【方法】利用分子标记辅助选择,对新品系采用3个粒长基因GS3、GS9、GL7和1个粒宽基因GW5进行了基因型检测与分析。【结果】材料编号为C1和C3新品系中扩增出粒长基因GS9;材料编号C12、C13、C14新品系中扩增出粒长基因GS3;材料编号为Q11新品系中扩增出粒长基因GL7;材料编号Q36、C1、C2、C9、C10、C11、C12、C13、C14新品系中扩增出含有粒宽基因GW5,且新品系中籽粒长度达到9.7 mm,均值为3.17 mm;宽度达到3.8 mm,均值为3.17 mm;长宽比均值为2.46 mm。【结论】不仅对现有优质的新品系粒形基因有一个全面的认识,还为培育优质、高产水稻新品系和供体亲本的选择提供了理论依据参考。【Objective】Fifty-five rice strains were employed from Jiangsu Ruihua Agricultural Science and Technology Limited company to clarify the distribution and frequency of grain-shaped genes in them,providing theoretical reference for the improvement of these genes.【Method】Three long grain genes GS3,GS9,GL7 and one wide grain gene GW5 were detected and analyzed by molecular marker-assisted selec⁃tion.【Result】The results showed that the long grain gene GS9 was amplified from C1 and C3 strains,the long grain gene GS3 from C12,C13 and C14 strains,and the long grain gene GL7 was amplified from the strain Q11.The wide grain gene GW5 was amplified from Q36,C1,C2,C9,C10,C11,C12,C13 and C14.The grain length reached 9.7 mm and its mean value was 3.17 mm,and the grain width reached 3.8 mm and the mean value was 3.17 mm,and the average aspect ratio was 2.46 mm.【Conclusion】This study not only shed light on the grain-shaped genes in the existing high-quality new strains,but also provided a theo⁃retical reference for the breeding of high-quality and high-yield rice strains and the selection of donor par⁃ents.
