摘 要:【目的】筛选适宜甘肃日光温室栽培推广的高品质番茄品种。【方法】本试验对14个不同果型番茄品种的生物学性状、果实品质进行了比较分析和综合评价。【结果】在植株生物学性状方面,14个品种番茄的叶片分为普通叶型和复细叶型两种类型;其叶片根据形状可分为羽状复叶和二回羽状复叶。花序根据其形态可分为单式花序和双歧花序。果实可按果型分为大果型番茄、中果型番茄和小果型番茄;其果实颜色、果面棱沟程度均存在差异。各品种生长均良好,说明能够适应当地栽培条件。果实品质方面,草莓味品种番茄的VC和可溶性蛋白含量最高,华根610品种的可溶性固形物含量最高,184品种的可溶性糖含量最高,深夜零食的糖酸比最高。聚类分析可将14个番茄品种资源分为4类。【结论】通过对不同番茄品种进行感官评价和主成分分析,184、华根610、草莓味和深夜零食品种综合表现优秀,可进行推广种植。【Objective】The objective of this study was to identify high-quality tomato varieties suitable for cultivation.【Method】The biological characteristics and fruit quality of 14 tomato varieties with differ⁃ent fruit types were compared and evaluated through cultivation in solar greenhouses.【Result】In terms of plant biological characteristics,the 14 tomato varieties primarily exhibited two types of leaves:common leaf type and fine leaf type.Leaves were further categorized as pinnate compound leaves or double-pinnate com⁃pound leaves based on their shape.Inflorescences were classified as single inflorescence or double inflores⁃cence according to morphology,while fruits were categorized into large fruit type,medium fruit type,and small fruit type tomatoes,each displaying variations in fruit color and degree of grooving at the fruit edge.All varieties exhibited robust growth,indicating their adaptability to local cultivation conditions.Regarding fruit quality,Strawberry tomatoes had the highest levels of Vitamin C and soluble protein,Huagen 610 had the highest soluble solids content,184 had the highest soluble sugar content,and Midnight Snack had the highest sugar-acid ratio.Cluster analysis grouped the 14 tomato varieties into four categories.【Conclusion】In conclusion,based on sensory evaluation and principal component analysis of the different tomato variet⁃ies,it was found that the overall performance of varieties such as 184,Huagen 610,Strawberry,and Mid⁃night Snack was excellent,suggesting their suitability for promotion in the local region.
