摘　　要：【目的】分析甘肃省县域碳收支时空分异特征,并进行碳平衡分区,为完善区域碳补偿机制,促进区域低碳经济建设提供科学依据。【方法】基于甘肃省土地利用数据,运用碳排放系数法计算县域碳收支量,探索其时空演化规律,在计算碳生态承载指数和碳排放经济贡献系数指数的基础上进行碳平衡分区。【结果】1990~2020年,甘肃省碳排放量一直呈现上升趋势,从空间上来看,甘肃省碳排放量较大的县区大部分是市州的政府所在区域。基于净碳排放量、经济贡献率及生态承载指数分析甘肃省碳平衡状况,可划分为碳汇功能区、低碳经济区、低碳优化区、碳强度控制区和高碳优化区5种类型,并根据其特征提出差异化的减排途径。【结论】甘肃省县域土地利用净碳排放量总体呈现增加趋势,且有明显的空间差异,各县区应根据碳平衡分区调整土地利用结构,转变经济增长方式,持续提升低碳经济发展。【Objective】Analyzing the spatial and temporal differentiation of the carbon budget and car⁃bon balance at the county level can provide a scientific basis for improving the regional carbon compensation mechanism.【Method】Based on the land use data of Gansu Province,the carbon emission coefficient method was used to calculate the county-level carbon balance,and the development trend of the carbon bal⁃ance in 87 counties of Gansu Province from 1990 to 2020 was explored.Then,the carbon ecological carry⁃ing capacity index and carbon emission economic contribution coefficient were calculated,and the carbon balance zones were divided based on them.【Result】From 1990 to 2020,carbon emissions in Gansu Prov⁃ince show an upward trend.From a spatial perspective,most of the counties with large carbon emissions in Gansu Province are the regions where the municipal and provincial governments are located.Based on the analysis of carbon balance,net carbon emissions,economic contribution rate and ecological carrying index,five carbon balance regions are classified,including carbon sink functional zones,low-carbon economic zones,low-carbon optimization zones,carbon intensity control zones and high-carbon optimization zones,and differentiated emission reduction approaches are proposed according to their characteristics.【Conclusion】The net carbon emissions of county-level regions in Gansu Province show an overall increas⁃ing trend with obvious spatial differences.The counties should adjust their land use structure and change their economic growth mode according to the carbon balance division,and continuously promote the devel⁃opment of low-carbon economy.
