摘 要:【目的】测定采自新疆、内蒙古、吉林和青海4个省份的香青兰中21种无机元素的含量,通过无机元素相对含量绘制香青兰无机元素图谱,并对其Pb、Cd、Cu、As和Hg 5个重金属元素进行安全性评价和健康风险评估。【方法】使用微波消解法对香青兰样品进行处理,通过ICP-MS法测定Li、Be、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn等21种无机元素的含量,分析香青兰中无机元素含量的规律,绘制香青兰无机元素指纹图谱,并通过计算单项污染指数(Pi)和综合污染指数(P_(综))进行安全性评价,计算每日最大耐受摄入量(EDI)、靶标危害系数(THQ)和致癌风险(CR)进行健康风险评估。【结果】香青兰常量元素中Ca的含量最高,均超过4844.90 mg/kg;其次是Mg,含量在1451.90~10827.74 mg/kg。微量元素中Fe、Al含量最高,平均含量分别为363.23和259.05 mg/kg。香青兰无机元素指纹图谱可用于鉴别香青兰与其他药材。P_(i)与P_(综)均处于安全水平,重金属健康风险评估模型EDI、THQ、CR结果表明香青兰未造成显著的健康危害,且无潜在的致癌风险。【结论】香青兰无机元素丰富,其重金属造成的健康风险小;无机元素指纹图谱可用于鉴别香青兰,可为香青兰的质量评价和安全使用提供参考。【Objective】To determine the content of 21 inorganic elements in Dracocephalum moldavica collected from four provinces of Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,Jilin and Qinghai.The relative content of inor⁃ganic elements was used to construct an inorganic element map of D.moldavica.The health and safety risk assessment of the five heavy metal elements Pb,Cd,Cu,As and Hg was also carried out.【Method】The sample of D.moldavica was treated by microwave digestion.The content of 21 inorganic elements such as Li,Be,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn were determined by ICP-MS.The pattern of inorganic element con⁃tent was analyzed and the fingerprint of inorganic elements in D.moldavica was drawn.The safety assess⁃ment was performed by calculating the single pollution index(P_(i))and the comprehensive pollution index(P_(c)),and the maximum tolerable daily intake(EDI)was calculated.A health risk assessment was performed based on the target hazard coefficient(THQ)and the carcinogenic risk(CR).【Result】Among the major ele⁃ments in D.moldavica,the content of Ca is the highest,exceeding 4844.90 mg/kg;the second is Mg,with a content ranging from 1451.90 to 10827.74 mg/kg.Among the trace elements,Fe and Al are the most abundant,with average contents of 363.23 and 259.05 mg/kg,respectively.The inorganic elemental finger⁃print of D.moldavica can be used to distinguish it from other medicinal materials.Both Pi and Pc are at safe levels,and the results of heavy metal health risk assessment models such as EDI,THQ and CR,D.molda⁃vica did not cause significant health hazards and no potential cancer risk.【Conclusion】D.moldavica is rich in inorganic elements and its health risk from heavy metals is low;the inorganic element fingerprint can be used to identify the fragrant orchid and provide a reference for quality assessment and safe use of D.molda⁃vica.
