摘  要:为解决驼绒原料利用率低和易霉变虫蛀的问题,先用化学方法对驼绒纤维进行脱色处理后,采用以离子键结合的方式,使得光敏剂孟加拉玫瑰红(RB)负载在脱色驼绒纤维表面,赋予驼绒纤维在可见光照下高效抗菌的性能。通过研究RB上染脱色驼绒纤维的染色动力学和染色热力学探究上染机理,并通过SEM、红外光谱、底物氧化试验、抗菌试验对驼绒纤维的结构和性能进行分析。结果表明:RB上染脱色驼绒纤维染色动力学符合准二级动力学模型,染色热力学模型则符合Lungmuir吸附模型。同时染色驼绒具有较好的底物氧化性能和抗菌性,光照60 min后其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌率达到99.9%。To solve the problems of low utilization rate and susceptibility to mold and insect infestation of camel wool raw materials, chemical methods are first used to decolorize camel wool fibers, and then the photosensitizer Bengal Rose Red(RB) is loaded onto the surface of the decolorized camel wool fibers through ion bonding, endowing efficient antibacterial properties under visible light. The dyeing mechanism is investigated by the dyeing kinetics and dyeing thermodynamics of the RB-loaded decolorized camel wool fibers, and the structure and properties of the camel hair fibers are analyzed by SEM, infrared spectroscopy, substrate oxidation experiments, and antimicrobial experiments. The results show that the dyeing kinetics of RB-dyed decolorized camel wool fiber follows to the quasi-secondary kinetic model, while the dyeing thermodynamic model follows to the Lungmuir adsorption model. Meanwhile, the dyed camel hair has better substrate oxidation property and antibacterial property, with an inhibition rate of 99.9% against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli after 60 min of light exposure.
