摘  要:为了提高石榴皮色素在染色方面的应用,采用水萃取法提取石榴皮色素,探讨提取温度、提取时间和料液比对色素提取效果的影响;然后进行染色温度、染色时间、浴比及pH值等染色工艺的优化,探寻石榴皮色素染色棉布的最佳工艺。结果表明:料液比为1∶40 (g/mL),在80℃水浴中提取80 min,获得的石榴皮提取液最佳;染浴比1∶100,染液比例60%时,80℃水浴中染色80 min,有媒染剂时选择同浴媒染,获得石榴皮的染色效果最佳。将石榴皮色素与草木染结合,制作出环保无害的染色产品,可为天然植物染料染色工艺优化提供一定参考。In order to improve the application of pomegranate peel pigment in dyeing, water extraction method is used to extract pomegranate peel pigment, and the effects of different extraction temperatures, extraction times, and liquid-to-material ratios on the pigment extraction effect are explored. Then, the dyeing temperature, dyeing time, bath ratio, and pH dyeing process are optimized to explore the optimum process for cotton dyeing with pomegranate peel pigment. The results show that the best pomegranate peel extract is obtained under the condition of 1∶40(g/mL) liquid-to-material ratio, extraction at 80 ℃ for 80 min in water bath. When the dyeing bath ratio is 1∶100, and the dye liquor ratio is 60%, dyeing at 80 ℃ for 80 min in water bath, the effect of pomegranate peel dyeing is the best. When there is a mordant, choose meta-mordanting dyeing in same bath. Combining pomegranate peel pigment with plant dyeing to produce environmentally friendly and harmless dyeing products can provide some reference for natural plant dyeing process optimization.
