摘 要:为提升滑雪运动者的滑雪体验,改善设计选材方法中忽略用户感受的现象,提出将评价构造法与一步质量屋理论运用到滑雪头盔内衬材质的设计筛选之中。首先,以魅力工学理论中的评价构造法为理论切入点,运用焦点访谈法、问卷调查法等分析方法对用户需求点进行深入挖掘,并建立评价构造图。其次,运用一步质量屋理论评估材料属性的权重,并结合用户对于各材料属性的需求占比选择出最具有优势的材质。研究表明,该设计方案可选择出更符合滑雪者需求的内衬材质,设计出更有优势的滑雪头盔,为头盔及其他产品在内衬面料的选材提供理论借鉴。In order to enhance the skiing experience of skiing athletes and improve the phenomenon of ignoring users' feelings in the design selection method, it is proposed to apply the evaluation construction method and the one-step quality house theory to the design selection of ski helmet liner materials. Firstly, taking the evaluation construction method in the theory of charm engineering as the theoretical entry point, the focus interview method, questionnaire survey method and other analytical methods are used to explore the users' demand points in depth and establish the evaluation construction diagram. Secondly, the one-step quality house theory is used to evaluate the weights of material attributes and select the most advantageous material by combining the proportion of users' demand for each material attribute. The research results show that the design scheme can select the liner material that better meets the needs of skiers and design a more advantageous ski helmet, and provide theoretical reference for the design of helmets and other products in the selection of liner materials.
