摘 要:大麻纤维化学成分含量的测试方法多参考GB/T 5889—1986《苎麻化学成分定量分析方法》,该标准测定脂蜡质含量时采用失重法,容易出现负值,结果不稳定,会对后续其他化学成分测试结果造成影响。对提取脂蜡质的方法进行改进,将纤维粉碎后包在筛绢中进行提取,使脂蜡质能够更好地与溶剂作用;尝试不同溶剂提取脂蜡质,最终选取正己烷为提取剂,以减少叶绿素等成分对脂蜡质含量的影响。经过测试,将大麻纤维粉碎后用500目筛绢包裹试样,在正己烷溶剂中回流3 h,提取脂蜡质时受其他化学成分干扰小,测试结果准确。对比了6种不同产地的大麻和同一批大麻在3个实验室内脂蜡质含量的测试结果,CV值均小于10%,表明该方法具有较好的稳定性。The test method for the chemical composition content of hemp fiber refers mainly to GB/T 5886—1986"Method of quantitative analysis of ramie chemical components",in which the weight loss method is used to determine the fat and wax content.This method is prone to negative values and unstable results,which may affect the results of subsequent chemical components tests.The method of extracting fat and wax is improved,the fiber is crushed and wrapped in a sieve cloth for extraction,so that the fat and wax can better interact with the solvent.Different solvents are tried for fat and wax extraction,and n-hexane is finally selected as the extractant,which can reduce the influence of chlorophyll and other components on the fat and wax content.After testing,it is found that crushing the hemp fiber and wrapping the specimen with a 500 mesh sieve cloth,and refluxing in n-hexane solvent for 3 hours during fat and wax extraction result in less interference from other chemical components and the test results are more accurate.The test results of the fat and wax content of six different origins of hemp and the same batch of hemp in three different laboratories are compared,and the CV values are all less than 10%,indicating that this method has good stability.
