大直径三维圆筒织机的引纬系统设计

摘  要:针对大型三维纺织设备在织造大直径三维圆筒织物时遇到的连续圆周引纬传动平稳性差、纬纱张力控制难的问题,通过对小型三维圆筒纺织设备的研究与改进,提出了一种适用于大型三维圆筒纺织设备的引纬系统。大直径三维圆筒织机的引纬系统包括圆周引纬机构、纬纱张力机构以及纬纱夹持机构。首先详述了引纬系统三大机构的结构设计,然后对纬纱补偿量进行计算,验证了机构设计的合理性。同时在Abaqus软件中对纬纱张力支架的偏移量进行了仿真分析,并通过试验验证了其可行性。试验结果表明,新型引纬系统可以在连续稳定进行圆周引纬的同时,提供稳定的经纱张力,避免了经纬交织时纬纱在织物内部屈曲折叠的问题,既能满足连续圆周引纬的需求,又能织造出美观的织物结构,具有一定的实际指导意义与参考价值。In view of the problems of poor stability of continuous circular weft insertion transmission and difficulty in controlling the tension of weft yarn encountered in the weaving of large-diameter three-dimensional cylinder fabrics by large-scale three-dimensional textile equipment, a weft insertion system suitable for large-scale three-dimensional cylinder textile equipment is proposed through the research and improvement of small-scale three-dimensional cylinder textile equipment. The weft insertion system of large-diameter three-dimensional cylinder loom includes circular weft insertion mechanism, weft yarn tension mechanism and weft yarn holding mechanism. Firstly, the structural design of the three mechanisms of the weft insertion system is described in detail, and then the compensation of weft yarn is calculated to verify the rationality of the mechanism design. At the same time, the offset of the weft yarn tension bracket is simulated and analyzed in Abaqus software, and its feasibility is verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the new weft insertion system can provide stable warp tension during continuous and stable circular weft insertion, and avoid the problem of weft yarn buckling and folding in the fabric when weft and weft are interwoven. It can not only meet the requirements of continuous circular weft insertion, but also produce beautiful fabric structure. It has certain practical guiding significance and reference value.
