摘  要:【目的】都市圈的高质量发展对推动经济结构转型升级和新发展格局构建具有重要意义。本文旨在厘清都市圈高质量发展内涵,探讨以徐州都市圈为代表的培育型都市圈高质量发展水平演变特征和驱动因素,为现代化都市圈建设提供参考。【方法】首先对都市圈高质量发展内涵进行解析,基于2010—2020年的面板数据,运用时空动态熵值法、核密度估计曲线和社会网络分析等方法,对徐州都市圈的高质量发展水平进行多维评价,并利用障碍度模型和QAP回归探讨其驱动因素。【结果】(1)徐州都市圈经济、社会发展质量和生态环境质量稳步提升,但三者的增长速度呈现出不协调问题;经济、社会发展质量的空间格局呈现出明显的核心-边缘结构,生态环境质量则呈现出反向的空间格局。(2)中心城市对徐州都市圈圈域的辐射联系呈现出放射状网络结构,且点入度与点出度在不断增强,但净辐射量变化不大;辐射联系网络密度提升和区域发展差距缩小具有正向关联性。(3)科技创新、对外开放和生态系统维护是影响徐州都市圈发展质量提升的主要因素;中心城市辐射能力提升和都市圈一体化程度增强受经济社会要素的差异化配置和生态环境协同保护的影响较大,而地理距离和行政区划的影响在逐渐减弱。【结论】2010—2020年徐州都市圈发展质量稳步提升,中心城市辐射能力和都市圈一体化程度也在增强,应加快提升中心城市能级,深化都市圈对外开放水平、推动都市圈生态环境的协同保护、加强公共服务共建共享等。[Objective]The high-quality development of metropolitan regions is of great significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure and the construction of a new development pattern.This study aimed to clarify the connotation of high-quality development in metropolitan regions,explore the characteristics of change and driving factors of the high-quality development level of emerging metropolitan areas represented by the Xuzhou Metropolitan Region,and provide references for the construction of modern metropolitan regions.[Methods]This study first analyzed the connotation of high-quality development in metropolitan regions.Based on the panel data from 2010 to 2020,the spatiotemporal dynamic entropy method,kernel density estimation curves,and social network analysis were used to evaluate the high-quality development level of the Xuzhou Metropolitan Region from multiple dimensions.The obstacle degree model and quadratic assignment procedure(QAP)regression were used to explore its driving factors.[Results](1)The economic and social development quality and the eco-environmental quality of Xuzhou Metropolitan Region have been steadily improved.However,there were uncoordinated growth rates among these three aspects.The spatial patterns of economic and social development quality exhibited an obvious core-periphery structure,while the eco-environmental quality showed the opposite pattern.(2)The radiation connection from the central city to the metropolitan region presented a radial network structure.Both the in-degree and out-degree were continuously increasing,but the net radiation did not change significantly.There was a positive correlation between the increase in the density of the radiation connection network and the reduction of regional development gaps.(3)Scientific and technological innovation,opening-up to the outside world,and ecological land protection were the main factors influencing the improvement of the development quality of the Xuzhou Metropolitan Region.The radiation capaci
