基于PubMed数据库的护理决策支持系统文献计量可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析PubMed数据库中关于护理决策支持系统相关文献的研究现状及热点,为未来研究方向的选择提供参考依据。方法检索PubMed数据库中从建库至2023年12月31日的护理决策支持系统相关文献,使用VOS viewer进行可视化分析,从年发文量、作者、研究主题、研究热点等方面进行分析。结果共获得443篇文献,筛选后最终纳入280篇文献,年度发文量呈双驼峰曲线;发文量最多的团队为Dowding Dawn团队,各团队间未见合作;研究主题为基于循证的护理程序,不同年龄层的决策支持系统需求,人-机交互的相关研究;研究热点为疼痛管理、慢性病管理、孕产期管理。结论作者团队间可加强合作,未来可关注护理决策支持系统在疼痛管理、慢性病管理、孕产期管理方面的应用。Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of literature on nursing decision support system in PubMed database,and to provide reference for the selection of future research directions.Methods The related literatures of nursing decision support system from the establishment of the database to December 31,2023 in PubMed database were searched,and VOS viewer was used for visual analysis.The annual number of articles,authors,research topics and research hotspots were analyzed.Results A total of 443 literatures were obtained,and 280 literatures were finally included after screening.The annual publication volume showed a double hump curve.The team with the largest number of publications was the Dowding Dawn team,and there was no cooperation between the teams.The research topics were evidence-based nursing procedures,decision support system needs of different age groups,and related research on human-machine interaction.The research hotspots were pain management,chronic disease management,and maternal management.Conclusion The author′s team can strengthen cooperation and pay attention to the application of nursing decision support system in pain management,chronic disease management and maternal management in the future.
