基于文献计量学的青少年特发性脊柱侧弯治疗研究现状分析

摘　　要：目的探究国内外青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的治疗研究现状,为该领域研究者提供参考信息。方法检索2010-2023年中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心合集(WOS)数据库中关于青少年特发性脊柱侧弯治疗相关研究文献,应用Excel 2020软件对频次进行统计,使用文献计量学软件Citespace进行突现关键词检测,使用VOSviewer1.6.18软件对发文量、作者、机构以及关键词进行可视化分析。结果最终纳入2442篇文献。文献年发文量总体呈上升趋势。国外发文量最多的作者是Lenke Lawrence G,团队规模大且联系紧密;国内主要作者形成2个团队,规模小且联系不足。研究机构国外以高校为主,蒙特利尔大学是发文量最多;国内以医疗机构为主,河南省洛阳正骨医院是发文量最多。近年来关注度最高的关键词为矫形支具、手术、运动疗法、中医针灸推拿。结论青少年特发性脊柱侧弯治疗研究大致可分为手术、运动治疗、矫形支具治疗、中医康复治疗等方式,当前研究热点为动态矫形支具的研发。Objective To explore the research status of the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis at home and abroad,and to provide reference information for researchers in this field.Methods The research articles on the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis in the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science Core Collection(WOS)from 2010 to 2023 were retrieved.Excel 2020 software was used to count the frequency,and the bibliometric software Citespace was used to detect the emergent keywords.VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to visualize the number of articles,authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 2442 articles were included.The annual number of publications was generally on the rise.The author with the largest number of foreign publications was Lenke Lawrence G,and the team was large and closely linked;while,the main authors in China had formed two teams,which were small in scale and lack of connection.The research institutions abroad were mainly universities,and the University of Montreal was the largest number of publications;in China,medical institutions were the main ones,and Luoyang Orthopedic Hospital of Henan Province had the largest number of publications.The keywords with the highest attention in recent years were orthopedic braces,surgery,exercise therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion The research on the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis can be roughly divided into surgery,exercise therapy,orthopedic brace therapy,and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy.The current research hotspot is the research and development of dynamic orthopedic braces.
