喹诺酮类药物联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢阻肺对患者肺功能和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析喹诺酮类药物联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢阻肺对患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年3月-2023年12月乐安县中医院收治的76例慢阻肺患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各38例。对照组应用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予喹诺酮类药物盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能[每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC]、炎症因子指标水平[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]及生活质量(生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康)。结果与对照组比较,研究组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组治疗后肺功能指标水平更高(P<0.05),炎症因子指标水平更低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组治疗后生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论喹诺酮类药物联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢阻肺患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的肺功能,减轻炎症反应,提高患者生活质量,建议临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of quinolones combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on lung function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Le'an County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection,and the study group was treated with quinolones levofloxacin hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,lung function[maximum ventilation volume per minute(MVV),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC],inflammatory factor index levels[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and quality of life(physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function,mental health)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of lung function index in the study group was higher after treatment(P<0.05),and the level of inflammatory factor index was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the study group was higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Quinolones combined with ambroxol hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can effectively improve the lung function of patients,reduce the inflammatory response,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is recommended for clinical application.
