主动风险护理程序在急性哮喘肺部感染中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的观察主动风险护理程序在急性哮喘肺部感染中的护理效果。方法选取赣北医院2020年11月-2023年11月收治的急性哮喘肺部感染患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,两组各41例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用主动风险护理程序。比较两组呼吸功能[第1秒用力呼气容积值(FEV_(1))、动脉血氧分压值(PaO_(2))、最大通气量值(MVV)、用力肺活量值(FVC)]、临床康复指标(体温转至正常时间、喘息之症消失时间、咳嗽之症消失时间、湿啰音体征消失时间)、护理质量(基础护理、专业护理、护理安全和文书书写)、护理安全性(风险档案构建、预测和分析、人文关怀、危机处理和设施)。结果研究组护理后呼吸功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组体温转至正常时间、喘息之症消失时间、咳嗽之症消失时间、湿啰音体征消失时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理后护理质量和护理安全性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论主动风险护理程序在急性哮喘肺部感染中的护理效果确切,可以改善患者呼吸功能,提高护理质量和安全性,加快患者康复速度,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the nursing effect of active risk nursing procedure in acute asthma pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 82 patients with acute asthma pulmonary infection admitted to North Jiangxi Hospital from November 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with active risk nursing procedure.The respiratory function[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),maximum ventilation volume(MVV),forced vital capacity(FVC)],clinical rehabilitation indicators(body temperature to normal time,wheezing disappearance time,cough disappearance time,wet rale signs disappearance time),nursing quality(basic nursing,professional nursing,nursing safety and document writing),nursing safety(risk file construction,prediction and analysis,humanistic care,crisis management and facilities,management traceability)were compared between the two groups.Results The respiratory function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of body temperature turning to normal,the disappearance time of wheezing,the disappearance time of cough and the disappearance time of moist rale signs in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality and nursing safety of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of active risk nursing procedure in acute asthma pulmonary infection is exact,which can improve the respiratory function of patients,improve the quality and safety of nursing,and accelerate the recovery speed of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
