人文关怀护理联合共情照护对稽留流产患者负性情绪、并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨稽留流产患者应用人文关怀护理联合共情照护模式的效果,分析其对患者负性情绪、并发症的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2022年12月我院收治的50例稽留流产患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各25例。对照组行人文关怀护理,研究组行人文关怀护理联合共情照护模式。比较两组患者在干预前和干预后第1周末的心境状态、社会支持水平、认知水平和并发症发生率。结果与比较,研究组干预后第1周末SAS、SDS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组干预后第1周末社会支持水平更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组干预后第1周末患者对稽留流产认知度、生殖健康知识掌握率、再次妊娠信心率均更高(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理联合共情照护模式应用于稽留流产患者,可缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其社会支持力度和对疾病的认知度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing combined with empathy care model on patients with missed abortion,and to analyze its influence on patients'negative emotions and complications.Methods A total of 50 patients with missed abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received humanistic care nursing,and the study group received humanistic care nursing combined with empathy care model.The mood state and social support level before intervention and at the end of the first week after intervention,cognitive level and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the end of the first week after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of social support in the study group were higher at the end of the first week after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the awareness of missed abortion,the mastery rate of reproductive health knowledge and the confidence rate of re-pregnancy in the study group were higher at the end of the first week after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing combined with empathy care model in patients with missed abortion can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,improve their social support and awareness of the disease,and reduce the incidence of complications.
