以微信为基础的延续护理对先兆流产患者妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对先兆流产患者实施以微信为基础的延续护理的效果,分析该方案对患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2022年7月-2023年6月我院收治的60例先兆流产患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组行常规延续护理干预,研究组行以微信为基础的延续护理干预。比较两组护理效果、各项临床症状缓解时间(腰部疼痛缓解时间、腹部胀痛缓解时间、出血停止时间以及出血量)、自我管理能力及妊娠结局。结果与对照组比较,研究组护理总有效率更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组腰部疼痛缓解时间、腹部胀痛缓解时间、出血停止时间更短,出血量更少(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组情绪管理、不良反应管理、躯体疼痛、精神健康、治疗依从性、饮食管理得分及自我管理能力总分均更高(P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论对先兆流产患者实施以微信为基础的延续护理,可提升患者自我管理能力,改善患者的妊娠结局及临床症状。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat on patients with threatened abortion,and to analyze the effect of this program on the pregnancy outcome of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine continuous nursing intervention,and the study group received continuous nursing intervention based on WeChat.The nursing effect,clinical symptom relief time(waist pain relief time,abdominal pain relief time,bleeding stop time and bleeding volume),self-management ability and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter waist pain relief time,abdominal pain relief time,bleeding stop time,and less bleeding volume(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of emotional management,adverse reaction management,physical pain,mental health,treatment compliance,diet management and total score of self-management ability in the study group were higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing based on WeChat in patients with threatened abortion can improve their self-management ability,pregnancy outcome and clinical symptoms.
