摘 要:全身麻醉诱导是患者在短暂时间内经历药物可逆性抑制从生理状态到可进行手术操作的麻醉状态的过程。麻醉药物抑制作用和气管插管操作过程中引发的心血管反应,易使得血流动力学发生剧烈波动,这使得麻醉诱导期间发生脑卒中、心肌氧供需失衡、重要脏器缺血缺氧等事件的概率增加,不利于降低麻醉相关风险。因此,选用合适的麻醉诱导方式及麻醉诱导药物,追求麻醉诱导期间血流动力学的平稳是当前麻醉关注的重点。本文就全身麻醉诱导的研究进展进行综述,以期为麻醉诱导方案的选择提供更好的参考。General anesthesia induction is a process in which patients undergo reversible inhibition of drugs from physiological state to anesthesia state that can be operated in a short time.The inhibition of anesthetic drugs and the cardiovascular response caused by tracheal intubation are easy to cause severe fluctuations in hemodynamics,thereby increasing the probability of stroke,myocardial oxygen supply and demand imbalance,ischemia and hypoxia of important organs during anesthesia induction,which is not conducive to reducing anesthesia-related risks.Therefore,the selection of appropriate anesthesia induction methods and anesthesia induction drugs,and the pursuit of hemodynamic stability during anesthesia induction are the focus of current anesthesia.This article reviews the research progress of general anesthesia induction in order to provide a better reference for the selection of anesthesia induction regimen.
