摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症是甲状腺激素合成和分泌增加引起的以多系统代谢亢进为主要表现的内分泌代谢病,其病理机制复杂,病情缠绵难愈。火邪致病广泛,易成燎原之势,极易导致全身的症状出现。文中基于“火郁发之”理论,认为“火郁”是甲状腺功能亢进症的基本病机,“发之”是其主要的治疗准则。在治疗时结合脏腑病位,辨别火郁之势、之因,顺其性而扬之,补散结合,注重花类、风类药物的使用,达到发越郁火、舒展气机,改善甲状腺功能亢进症的效果。Hyperthyroidism is an endocrine metabolic disease characterized by systemic metabolic hyperactivity caused by increased synthesis and secretion of thyroid hormones.The pathologic mechanism of hyperthyroidism is complex,and the symptoms are difficult to be cured.Fire pathogen leads to various diseases,easily becoming widespread and causing symptoms to emerge in the whole body.In this paper,based on the theory of“releasing stagnated fire”,it is believed that“stagnated fire”is the basic pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism,and“releasing”is the main treatment guideline.Appropriate treatment should be combined with the visceral syndrome differentiation to ascertain the severity and cause of fire stagnation.Then,following its nature,promote it by combining tonifying and dispersing while emphasizing the use of flower and wind Chinese medicine.Therefore,the stagnated fire can be expelled and qi movement can be stretched,improving the symptoms of hyperthyroidism.
