中医药调节巨噬细胞极化的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的 分析中医药调节巨噬细胞极化的研究概况和前沿热点,以期为临床及科研提供新思路。方法 应用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件对中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心集数据库(WoSCC)中相关研究进行文献计量学分析。结果 截至2024年5月21日,中、英文各发表287篇和258篇相关文献,首发文章分别在2014年和2012年,2019年后发文量快速增长。形成了中文以卢圣峰、杨嘉丽、施珺菁为代表的研究团队,英文以公一囡、徐枝芳、郭永明为代表的科研团队。广州中医药大学、南京中医药大学、上海中医药大学是中、英文发文量前三的机构。结合关键词共现聚类、突现及时间线分析,溃疡性结肠炎、肝癌、类风湿关节炎是前沿研究疾病,干预方法主要包括中药和针灸,肠道菌群与巨噬细胞极化的相关性是前沿机制。结论 中医药调节巨噬细胞极化逐渐成为热点,研究方向多样化,为中医药防治多种疾病提供了有价值的思路。Objective To analyze the research overview and cutting-edge hotspots in the regulation of macrophage polarization by traditional Chinese medicine to provide new ideas for clinical practice and scientific research.Methods Bibliometric analysis of relevant studies in CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)were carried out using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software.Results As of 21 May 2024,287 and 258 relevant papers were published in Chinese and English respectively,with the first articles in each language published in 2012 and 2014.After 2019,the number of articles published increased rapidly.A research team was formed with LU Shengfeng,YANG Jiali,and SHI Junjing in Chinese,as well as GONG Yinan,XU Zhifang,and GUO Yongming in English.Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the top 3 institutions in terms of the number of articles published in Chinese and English.Combined with keyword co-occurrence clustering,emergence,and timeline analysis,it was found that the frontier in disease research was ulcerative colitis,liver cancer,and rheumatoid arthritis;the intervention methods mainly included Chinese medicinal,and acupuncture;the frontier in mechanism research was the correlation between gut microbiota,and macrophage polarization.Conclusion The regulation of macrophage polarization by TCM is gradually becoming a hotspot with diversified research directions,providing valuable ideas for TCM to prevent and treat a variety of diseases.
