摘　　要：雄激素性秃发(Androgenetic alopecia,AGA)是一种常见的皮肤科病症,其病因复杂多样,疗程长,疗效因人而异。“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论突出强调了脑、心、肾和精室之间的相互作用,脑、心失调,难以调控肾与精室,心血不足,肾精失养,影响精室正常藏泄,精血耗失,毛发枯槁无华,易于脱落,发为AGA。若在诊断和治疗过程中能够运用“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论,将为AGA的治疗提供新途径。Androgenetic alopecia(AGA),a common dermatological symptom with complex and varied causes,requires long-term treatment,and the effects vary from person to person.The“brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber axis”theory emphasizes the interaction between the brain,heart,kidneys,and semen chamber.Disharmony of the brain and heart makes it hard to regulate and control the kidney and the semen chamber,resulting in heart blood insufficiency and kidney essence dysfunction.Then,the normal compartment of the semen chamber is affected,leading to consumption and loss of essence and blood.Thus,hair becomes withered and easy to lose,developing into AGA.If the“brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber axis”theory is applied during diagnosis and treatment,it may provide a new approach to treating AGA.
