基于VOSviewer可视化分析我国芳香疗法治未病的发展现状与趋势

摘　　要：目的基于VOSviewer可视化分析探讨我国芳香疗法治未病的发展现状与趋势,为今后的研究方向提供参考。方法检索1994—2023年30年间中国知网、万方知识服务平台、维普数据库中符合研究相关的中文学术期刊,以10年为周期,使用VOSviewer软件对1994—2003年、2004—2013年、2014—2023年3个阶段的相关文献进行可视化分析及对比。结果共收集文献752篇,发文数量总体呈显著上升趋势;近30年来精油一直是研究的热点,芳香疗法在疾病预防、改善负面情绪、改善肿瘤及化疗后症状、减轻疼痛及恶心呕吐等方面具有优势,相关机制研究逐渐深入,开始呈现团队式、序贯性研究模式。结论芳香疗法相关研究保持着积极的发展趋势,在治未病方面有良好临床疗效,同时诊疗范围逐步扩大,研究逐步深入和系统化。精油仍然是主要研究方向之一,中药复方精油具有很大的发展潜力。Objective Based on the visual analysis of VOSviewer,discuss the current development status and trends of aromatherapy for preventive treatment in China and provide references for future research directions.Methods The relevant Chinese academic journals in CNKI,Wanfang Knowledge Service Platform and VIP database were searched during the 30-year period from 1994 to 2023.The VOSviewer software was used to visually analyze and compare the relevant literatures from 1994—2003,2004—2013 and 2014—2023.Results A total of 752 articles were collected,and the number of publications had shown a significant upward trend in recent years.Essential oils had been a hot research topic for nearly 30 years,and aromatherapy had advantages in disease prevention,improving negative emotions,improving tumor and post-chemotherapy symptoms,reducing pain,nausea and vomiting,and related mechanisms research had gradually deepened.The research had begun to take on a team-based,sequential research model.Conclusion The research related to aromatherapy has maintained a positive development trend,with good clinical efficacy in preventive medicine and expanding scope of application.Essential oils remain one of the main research directions,and Chinese herbal compound essential oils have great potential for development.
