摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者糖尿病痛苦现状及其影响因素。方法选取2024年2月至8月东明县人民医院收治的143例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,分析2型糖尿病患者糖尿病痛苦现状。结果糖尿病痛苦平均(2.17±0.74)分,有糖尿病痛苦患者71例(49.65%)。医学应对方式中的回避和屈服维度与糖尿病痛苦总分呈正相关(r=0.429、0.452,P<0.001)。不同性别、婚姻状况、职业状况、文化程度、医疗支付方式、病程、是否合并并发症糖尿病痛苦得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,离异(独居)(β=0.189,B=4.336,95%CI:1.081~7.591)、大专及以上学历(β=0.191,B=2.811,95%CI:0.281~5.340)、合并并发症(β=0.293,B=7.690,95%CI:2.965~12.415)、回避(β=0.249,B=1.014,95%CI:0.368~1.660)、屈服(β=0.207,B=0.831,95%CI:0.147~1.515)是2型糖尿病患者糖尿病痛苦的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论复杂且多元化的影响因素致糖尿病痛苦发生率高,医务人员要密切注意糖尿病痛苦及应对方式对患者的影响,加强对患者的心理干预,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the status quo of diabetic pain and its influencing factors in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 143 type 2 diabetic patients admitted to Dongming County People's Hospital from February to August 2024 were selected as the research objects to analyze the status quo of diabetic pain and its influencing factors in type 2 diabetic patients.Results Diabetes pain averaged(2.17±0.74)points.There were 71 patients(49.65%)with diabetes pain.The dimensions of avoidance and submission in medical coping styles were positively correlated with the total score of diabetes pain(r=0.429,0.452,P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences among different gender,marital status,occupational status,educational level,medical payment method,course of disease,and diabetes pain score with or without complications(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis results showed that divorce(live alone)(β=0.189,B=4.336,95%CI:1.081-7.591),college degree or above(β=0.191,B=2.811,95%CI:0.281-5.340),complications(β=0.293,B=7.690,95%CI:2.965-12.415),avoidance(β=0.249,B=1.014,95%CI:0.368-1.660)and the yield(β=0.207,B=0.831,95%CI:0.147-1.515)could enter the equation,were risk factors for diabetes distress in type 2 diabetes patients.Conclusion The incidence of diabetes pain is high due to complex and diversified influencing factors.Medical staff should pay close attention to the impact of diabetes pain and coping styles on patients,strengthen psychological intervention on patients,and improve their quality of life.
