摘 要:目的探讨用PDCA循环法评价门诊智慧药房在实际应用中的效果,通过改进措施,提高门诊药房药品发放效率和整体运营效率,从而提升患者就医体验,以期为未来的智慧医院建设提供参考。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院开展门诊智慧药房前后收集的400例门诊处方患者作为研究对象,将开展门诊智慧药房前(2023年1月至3月)的患者处方设为对照组(200例),开展门诊智慧药房后(2023年4月至6月)的患者处方设为试验组(200例)。比较实施前后患者取药等候时间、处方调配时间及差错率。结果试验组取药等候时间短于对照组,试验组处方调配时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组差错率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论门诊智慧药房的顺利实施,既能够显著提升医疗服务质量和效率、提高患者满意度和降低医疗成本,又实现药品管理精细化、科学化,为传统药房向智能化发展提供新思路。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle method in the practical application of outpatient smart pharmacy,and to improve the drug distribution efficiency and overall operation efficiency of outpatient pharmacy through improvement measures,so as to improve the medical experience of patients,in order to provide a reference for the construction of smart hospitals in the future.Methods A total of 400 patients with outpatient prescriptions collected before and after the implementation of outpatient smart pharmacy in the Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected as the study object.The patients'prescriptions before the implementation of outpatient smart pharmacy(January to March 2023)were set as the control group(200 cases),and those after the implementation of outpatient smart pharmacy(April to June 2023)were set as the experimental group(200 cases).The drug waiting time,prescription dispensing time and error rate were compared before and after implementation.Results The drug waiting time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the prescription dispensing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the error rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The smooth implementation of outpatient smart pharmacy can not only significantly improve the quality and efficiency of medical services,improve patient satisfaction and reduce medical costs,but also realize the refinement and scientificization of drug management,which provides new ideas for the development of traditional pharmacies to intelligence.
