摘　　要：目的探讨基于智谋理论的心理干预对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月万载县人民医院收治的80例NSCLC患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用基于智谋理论的心理干预护理方法。比较两组患者不同时间点的负性情绪、创伤后成长评分。结果观察组手术后和出院前的负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术后和出院前的创伤后成长评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在NSCLC患者管理工作中,基于智谋理论的心理干预可减轻患者负性情绪,提高创伤后成长水平,以乐观心态面对应激事件。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on resourcefulness theory on patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 80 patients with NSCLC admitted to the Wanzai County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research objects and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method,and the observation group adopted the psychological intervention nursing method based on resourcefulness theory.The negative emotions and post-traumatic growth scores of the two groups were compared at different time points.Results The negative emotion scores of the observation group after operation and before discharge were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The post-traumatic growth score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after operation and before discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of NSCLC patients,psychological intervention based on resourcefulness theory can reduce the negative emotions of patients,improve the level of post-traumatic growth,and face stressful events with optimism.
