数字经济背景下江西省跨境电商产业发展模式和策略研究

摘　　要：在数字经济背景下,跨境电商产业展现出强大的生命力和发展潜力。跨境电商通过互联网平台和技术手段,实现不同国家和地区之间商品和服务的在线交易和流通。文章分析了江西省跨境电商的发展现状,发现江西省跨境电商存在人才短缺、供应链和物流系统不完善、跨境电商平台化不够、政府支持力不足等问题。为了探究产生这些问题的主要原因,根据钻石模型将跨境电商的影响因子划分为生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持性产业及行业竞争与合作4个方面,并引入数字经济相关变量,通过熵值法进行分析。得出教育财政支出、信息技术服务收入、总劳动人口、交通运输支出、电子商务销售额、高等教育人数、企业拥有网站数和物流企业数对江西省跨境电商发展有重大影响。进而提出进行平台化运营、供应链优化、打造品牌化等发展模式,以及加快基础设施建设、强化人才培养和引进等发展策略,以进一步推动数字经济背景下江西省跨境电商产业的可持续发展。In the context of the digital economy,the cross-border e-commerce industry has demonstrated strong vitality and development potential.Cross border e-commerce realizes online trade and circulation of goods and services between different countries and regions through internet platforms and technical means.This article analyzes the current development status of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangxi Province and finds that there are problems such as talent shortage,incomplete supply chain and logistics systems,insufficient platformization of cross-border e-commerce platforms,and insufficient government support.In order to explore the main reasons for these issues,the impact factors of cross-border e-commerce are divided into four aspects based on the diamond model:Production factors,demand conditions,related and supportive industries,and industry competition and cooperation.Digital economy related variables are introduced and analyzed using the entropy method.It is concluded that education financial expenditure,information technology service revenue,total labor force,transportation expenditure,e-commerce sales,number of higher education personnel,number of websites owned by enterprises,and number of logistics enterprises have a significant impact on the development of cross-border e-commerce in Jiangxi Province.Furthermore,development models such as platform based operation,supply chain optimization,and brand building are proposed,as well as development strategies such as accelerating infrastructure construction,strengthening talent cultivation and introduction,to further promote the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce industry in Jiangxi Province under the background of digital economy.
