摘 要:文章基于产业韧性的相关研究,从抵抗力、恢复力、创新力三个维度构建了中国物流业韧性水平综合评价指标体系。以中国30个省区作为研究对象,分别运用熵权法-TOPSIS和核密度估计方法测算了我国2010—2021年物流业韧性水平并分析了区域物流业韧性水平的时间演化和空间演进。研究结果表明:整体上,我国物流业韧性水平提升进程缓慢,各省物流业韧性水平有待提升。分区域来看,物流业韧性水平均值由东向西递减,在东部与中部地区,省域之间的物流业韧性水平差距在加剧,但是并无显著两极分化的趋势,且物流业韧性水平高值区域正在增多,而西部地区比东中部地区的物流业韧性形势较为薄弱。据此提出了提升物流业韧性水平的对策建议。Based on the relevant research of industrial toughness,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the resilience level of China's logistics industry from three dimensions:Resistance,resilience and innovation.Taking 30 provinces and regions in China as the research object,the entropy weight method-TOPSIS and kernel density estimation methods were used to estimate the toughness level of China's logistics industry during 2010 to 2021,and the temporal and spatial evolution of the toughness level of regional logistics industry was analyzed.The results show that:On the whole,the improvement process of the toughness level of China's logistics industry is slow,and the toughness level of the logistics industry in various provinces needs to be improved.From a regional perspective,the average toughness level of the logistics industry decreases from east to west.In the eastern and central regions,the gap between the toughness level of the logistics industry between provinces is intensifying,but there is no significant trend of polarization,and the regions with high toughness level of the logistics industry are increasing,while the toughness situation in the western region is weaker than that in the eastern and central regions.Accordingly,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the toughness level of logistics industry.
