摘  要:为深入研究不同因素对冷藏集装箱温度场的影响状况,以20ft冷藏集装箱为研究对象,通过CFD建立K-ε模型对箱内温度场的动态分布情况进行仿真模拟,研究太阳辐射和不同送风速度对集装箱内部温度流场的影响。结果表明:太阳辐射会影响冷藏集装箱的温度分布均匀性;冷藏集装箱的降温速度会随着送风速度的增大而加快,但是风速过大会形成局部湍流,不利于箱内整体温度的稳定;高温区域主要出现在箱体前部的顶角和底角处,且顶角的降温速度快于底角;在集装箱制冷前期,由于太阳辐射和壁面传热,集装箱温度会略微上升。In order to deeply study the influence of different factors on the temperature field of refrigerated containers,taking 20ft refrigerated containers as the research object,the K-εmodel was established by CFD to simulate the dynamic distribution of the temperature field in the container,and the influence of solar radiation and different air supply velocities on the temperature flow field inside the container was studied.The results show that solar radiation will affect the uniformity of temperature distribution of refrigerated containers;the cooling speed of refrigerated containers will accelerate with the increase of air supply speed,but excessive wind speed will form local turbulence,which is not conducive to the stability of the overall temperature in the box;the high temperature area mainly appears in the top and bottom corners of the front of the box,and the cooling speed of the top corner is faster than the bottom corner;in the early stage of container refrigeration,due to solar radiation and wall heat transfer,the container temperature will rise slightly.
