摘  要:随着快递市场竞争日益加剧,如何提高运营效率成为快递企业关注的焦点。文章选取营业网点数量和营业总成本作为投入,快递业务量、营业总收入和净利润作为产出,运用SBM模型对顺丰控股、中通快递、韵达股份、圆通速递和申通快递5家上市快递企业2021—2023年的运营效率进行评价。结果表明样本期内快递行业整体经营效率较低,还有很大提升空间;顺丰控股和中通快递的运营效率较好;韵达股份、圆通速递和申通快递表现较差,存在着投入冗余和产出不足的问题。最后提出了提高快递企业运营效率的对策建议。With the increasing competition in the express delivery market,how to improve operational efficiency has become a concern for express delivery enterprises.This paper selects the number of business outlets and total operating cost as inputs,and the express business volume,total operating income,and net profit as outputs,and uses the SBM model to evaluate the operation efficiency of five listed express companies from 2021 to 2023,namely SF Express,ZTO Express,YunDa Express,YTO Express and STO Express.The results show that the overall operating efficiency of the express delivery industry is low during the sample period,and there is still much room for improvement.The operating efficiencies of SF Express and ZTO Express are better.While YunDa Express,YTO Express,and STO Express have poor performances and problems with input redundancy and output insufficiency.Finally,some suggestions are proposed to improve the operation efficiency of express delivery enterprises.
