摘 要:安全是民航业的核心竞争力,安全投入是航空安全的物质资源保障。为提高航空安全决策水平,根据航空公司安全投入的特点,从投入产出的角度选择安全教育、安全技术、安全管理、安全设备、结果绩效、安全系统6个指标建立安全投入评价指标体系,运用熵权-TOPSIS法选择资源配置最优方案。结果显示,合理优化安全投入结构可以实现综合最佳效益。模型可以有效遴选最优方案,助力提升企业安全绩效。Safety is the core competitiveness of the civil aviation industry,and safety investment is the material resource guarantee for aviation safety.In order to improve the level of aviation safety decision-making based on the characteristics of airline safety investment,a safety investment evaluation index system is established from the perspective of input-output by selecting six indicators:Safety education,safety technology,safety management,safety equipment,result performance,and safety system.The entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to select the optimal resource allocation plan.The results show that optimizing the safety investment structure reasonably can achieve comprehensive optimal benefits.The model can effectively select the optimal solution and help improve the security performance of the enterprise.
