航空制造业和航空运输业融合发展评价研究

摘　　要：航空制造业和航空运输业的融合发展顺应新一轮科技革命和产业变革。作为国家战略产业,航空制造业与航空运输业均入了产业的战略机遇期,航空制造业部分领域正从过去的“跟跑、并跑”阶段迈向“领跑”阶段,航空运输业也已进入国产装备导入、创新驱动起步和战略对手遏制的阶段,航空制造业和航空运输业的融合发展是进一步推动中国民航高质量发展的重要途径。文章首先通过筛选相关文献建立指标库,结合专家价值判断和主成分分析、相关性分析,构建了航空制造业与航空运输业融合发展评价指标体系;然后利用经TOPSIS思想和灰色关联度模型改进后的距离协同度模型来测度两业融合水平。研究结果表明:在2006—2020年期间,航空制造业与航空运输业融合发展水平稳步上升,且航空运输业发展水平整体高于航空制造业。The integrated development of the aviation manufacturing industry and the air transportation industry is in line with the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change.As national strategic industries,the aviation manufacturing industry and the air transportation industry have entered a strategic opportunity period.The aviation manufacturing industry is moving from the stage of"following and running together"to the stage of"leading"in some fields,and the air transportation industry has entered the stage of"introducing domestic equipment,starting innovation drive and containing strategic rivals".As for the air transportation industry,it has entered the stage of domestic equipment introduction,innovation-driven start,and containment of strategic rivals.The integrated development of the aviation manufacturing industry and the air transportation industry is an important way to further promote the high-quality development of China's civil aviation.In this paper,firstly,the evaluation index system for the integrated development of aviation manufacturing industry and air transportation industry is constructed by screening relevant literature to establish an index library,combining expert value judgment and principal component analysis and correlation analysis;secondly,the distance synergy model improved by TOPSIS method and gray correlation model is used to measure the level of integration of the two industries.The research results show that during the period of 2006 to 2020,the integration development level of aviation manufacturing industry and air transportation industry and the development level steadily increased,and the development level of air transportation industry is higher than that of aviation manufacturing industry as a whole.
