北部湾港港口物流与广西开放型经济的耦合协调研究

摘　　要：在共建西部陆海新通道的背景下,高质量发展北部湾港港口物流有助于整个西部地区构建新时代开放型经济体系。基于耦合理论构建港口物流与开放型经济两个系统的评价体系,利用2013—2022年我国沿海11省面板数据,采用改进CRITIC-熵权法、耦合协调度模型对港口物流与开放型经济耦合协调度进行测度,对比分析北部湾港港口物流与广西开放型经济的耦合协调发展趋势。结果表明,北部湾港港口物流与开放型经济与大部分沿海省份相比还存在较大差异,整体协调等级处于勉强协调状态。针对以上分析,从积极推动共建西部陆海新通道、全力推进集疏运体系建设与全面提升北部湾港枢纽能级方面提出建议,以供参考。In the context of building a new western land and sea corridor,the high-quality development of port logistics in Beibu Gulf Port helps the whole western region to build an open economy system in the new era.Based on the coupling theory,we construct the evaluation system of two systems of port logistics and open economy,use the panel data of 11 coastal provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,adopt the improved CRITIC-entropy weight method and the coupling coordination degree model to measure the degree of coupling coordination between port logistics and open economy,and compare and analyze the development trend of the coupling coordination between port logistics of Beibu Gulf Port and open economy of Guangxi.The results show that the port logistics and open economy of Beibu Gulf Port still have large differences compared with most coastal provinces,and the overall coordination level is in a barely coordinated state.In view of the above analysis,suggestions are put forward from actively promoting the construction of a new western land and sea corridor,fully promoting the construction of the collection and transportation system,and comprehensively upgrading the hub capacity of Beibu Gulf Port for reference.
