民办职业本科数字化物流创新人才培养的教育生态系统评价

摘　　要：随着数字化技术在物流行业的广泛应用和创新,物流业务和服务正向智慧化、网络化方向发展,对物流人才提出了更高的要求。面对日益变化的形势,民办职业本科如何培养适合社会发展的物流人才是值得研究的课题。文章基于生态视角,全面分析数字化物流创新人才培养中各生态因子之间的关系,建立教育生态系统的评价指标体系,以上海中侨职业技术大学为例,对该校数字化物流人才创新人才培养的生态系统进行评价,提出数字化物流人才培养生态系统的构建策略。With the wide application and innovation of digital technology in the logistics industry,logistics business and services are developing in the direction of intelligence and network,which puts forward higher requirements for logistics talents.In the face of the ever-changing form,how to cultivate logistics talents suitable for social development is a topic worth studying.Based on the ecological perspective,this paper analyzes the relationship comprehensively between various ecological factors in the cultivation of digital logistics innovative talents,and establishes the evaluation index system of the ecosystem.Then it takes Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University as an example,and evaluates the ecosystem of digital logistics talent innovation talent training in the school,and proposes the construction strategy of the digital logistics talent training ecosystem.
