传统舞蹈参与社区公共文化治理——以安代舞的实践考察为例

摘　　要：文章引入文化治理与文化再生产的概念,用以安代舞为核心的组织活动作为研究样本,深入分析传统舞蹈在参与社区文化治理过程中的作用,以及舞蹈组织在城乡社区文化治理中的机制与功能。研究发现,安代舞的存在促进了社区文艺的普及,为社区文化治理提供了实质性的内容支持,相关活动则提高了居民在社区文化治理中的参与度,增强了居民对社区的归属感。在此过程中,首先,安代舞从传统形态逐渐演变为新安代舞形态,舞蹈主体经历了能动性的转化;其次,安代舞组织提供了舞蹈主体变迁的公共文化空间,舞蹈场域由单一走向多元;最后,舞蹈的公共性被呈现在现代社区中,其再生产过程在公共空间中得以进行,公共价值得以构建。同时,维护舞蹈公共组织的日常活动被作为一项社区文化治理手段获得制度保障。相应地,新安代舞对于丰富社区文化的公共性,提升乡村与城市的精神价值生产能力,缓解社区居民的焦虑感,帮助居民找到生命的归属感和行为表达的制度化基础,维护社会转型期城乡社区的秩序稳定等具有积极作用。This paper applies the concepts of cultural governance and cultural reproduction,taking Andai dance as a case study to analyze the role of traditional dance in community cultural governance.It explores the mechanisms and functions of dance organizations in urban and rural communities.The paper finds that Andai dance has contributed the popularization of community arts,providing substantial content support for community cultural governance.Its related activities have fostered residents'community participation and enhanced their sense of belonging.In this process,first,Andai dance has gradually evolved from a traditional form into the new Andai dance form,accompanied by shifts in the agency of dance participants.Second,Andai dance organizations have provided public cultural spaces for the transformation of dance participants,and the dance field has expanded from a singular form into a diverse context.Finally,the public nature of dance is manifested in modern communities,where its reproduction occurs in public spaces,fostering public values.Meanwhile,the daily activities of maintaining public dance organizations have been institutionalized as a mechanism of community cultural governance.Correspondingly,the new Andai dance enriches the public nature of community culture,restores the spiritual value production capacity of rural and urban areas,alleviates community anxiety,provide residents with a sense of belonging and an institutionalized framework for behavioral expression,and plays a positive role in maintaining social order and stability of urban and rural communities during social transformation.
