摘  要:干旱、洪水、台风等对于全球来说都是突发性的重大灾害,尤其是21世纪以来,灾害发生的次数每年都在呈进一步上升趋势。2021年7月,新乡市一场持续性的大暴雨使得卫河、共产主义渠等多个城市河道发生了洪涝灾害,造成堤防决堤,洪水漫灌城市。卫河、共产主义渠等多条河道沿岸被雨水淹没,退水后又被冲刷,河道两岸照明、景观、植物生态及泵站设施遭到了严重破坏,洪水破坏了原有的生态系统,导致水环境恶化以及打乱了水陆生态链,文章详述了“7.20”灾后生态景观设计在水毁修复重建项目中发挥的重要作用。Drought,flood,typhoon,etc.are sudden major disasters for the whole world,especially since the 21st century,the number of disasters is on the rise every year.In July 2021,a persistent heavy rain in Xinxiang City resulted in flooding in many urban rivers such as the Weihe River and the Gongchanzhuyi Canal,causing breach in the levees and flooding of city.The lighting,landscape,plant ecology and pumping station facilities on both sides of the river have been seriously damaged,and the flood has damaged the original ecosystem,resulting in the deterioration of the water environment and disrupting the water and land ecological chain.This paper elaborates the important role of ecological landscape design in the restoration and reconstruction project after“7.20”flood disaster.
