浅埋覆土输水隧洞盾构施工技术的应用研究

摘  要:通过研究盾构法在浅埋覆土输水隧洞中的应用,提出了覆土回填和抗拔桩方案解决上覆土层厚度不足的问题。通过有限元模拟分析,确定了沉降位移和应力状况。施工过程中,严格把控各环节并进行安全监测,结果显示地面沉降3.1 mm,径向收敛2.2 mm,拱顶沉降2.7 mm,均在安全范围内。研究成果为类似工程提供了技术参考,推动了盾构法在该领域的应用与发展。By studying the application of shield method in shallow covered conveyance tunnel,the schemes of earth backfill and uplift pile are put forward to address the insufficient thickness of covering layer.The settlement displacement and stress are determined based on finite element simulation.During the construction process,all links were strictly controlled and safety monitoring was carried out.The results indicate that the ground settlement is 3.1 mm,the radial convergence is 2.2 mm,and the vault settlement is 2.7 mm,which are all within the safe range.The research results provide technical reference for similar projects,and promote the application and development of shield technology in tunnel project construction.
