摘 要:为了恢复影唐闸设计引水能力、消除病险涵闸安全隐患、保障防洪安全,对影唐闸进行拆除重建。影唐闸特征水位的选取,既考虑了现状设计引水位,也考虑了黄河最大冲刷下的设计引水位;闸底板高程的确定,综合考虑了底板高程、闸孔宽度和闸孔数三者相互关连;根据引黄工程的特点确定地基处理方式。影唐闸改建工程工程设计,对后续涵闸改建具有重要的借鉴及参考价值。Yingtang Sluice is demolished and reconstructed to restore its designed water diversion capacity,eliminate the safety hazards of dangerous culvert sluice,and ensure the safety of flood control.For the selection of characteristic water level of Yingtang Sluice,both the designed water diversion level under current situation and the designed water diversion level under the maximum scouring of the Yellow River are considered;for the determination of the sluice floor elevation,the interrelationship between the floor elevation,gate hole width and sluice hole number are comprehensively considered;and the foundation treatment method is determined based on the features of the Yellow River Diversion Project.The engineering design of Yingtang Sluice Reconstruction Project has important reference value for the subsequent culvert sluice reconstruction.
