摘 要:西霞院反调节水库自2007年建成以来,多次经历“低水位、大流量、高含沙、长历时”运用,导致厂房坝段上游库底和泄洪排沙建筑物等存在不同程度的破坏,经多次修复仍不能从根本上解决冲刷破坏问题。文章分析了冲刷破坏产生的原因和趋势,参考黄河等多泥沙河流上其他工程的冲刷破坏和防淤堵措施,提出了在坝前实施抗冲桩和耐特石笼相结合的方式,阻挡上游推移质下泄,防止抗冲桩到坝前范围内河床被淘刷。工程于2024年5月底完工后,经历了6、7月份的黄河调水调沙,经水下检测工程完好,应对措施可供其他类似工程作为参考。Since its completion in 2007,the Xixiayuan Regulating Reservoir has experienced the application of“low water level,large flow,high sediment concentration,and long duration”for many times,which leads to the damage of the upstream reservoir bottom and flood releasing and sediment discharge structures of the powerhouse dam section in different degrees.After many repairs,the scouring damage cannot be fundamentally solved.The paper analyzes the causes and trends of scouring damage,refers to the scouring damage and silt control measures of other projects on sediment laden rivers such as the Yellow River,and proposes a combination of anti scouring piles and Naite gabions in front of the dam to block the discharge of upstream bed load and protect the riverbed in front of the dam from being scoured.The project was completed at the end of May 2024.After the Yellow River water and sediment regulation in June and July,the underwater inspection showed that the structures are in good condition,and the scour control measures can be used as a reference for other similar projects.
