摘　　要：近年来,水利工程的投资水平逐年攀升,且大量民营资本涌入,这使得工程投资控制在保障投资主体利益与项目效益方面的重要性更为突出。在实际工程项目中通常会有各种变更因素将影响工程投资。文章从水利工程投资现状、变更内容、变更致因及其对工程投资的影响等方面进行了分析探讨,并提出了具体控制策略。In recent years,the level of investment in water conservancy projects has increased year by year and private capital poured in,which makes the importance of project investment control is more prominent in protecting the interests of the investment subjects and project benefits.In the actual project,there are usually various change factors that will affect the project investment.This paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of water conservancy project investment,the content of change,the causes of change and its impact on project investment,and puts forward specific control strategies.
