摘  要:文章通过使用膨胀珍珠岩为载体和科氏芽孢杆菌为自修复剂,有效将自修复技术应用于混凝土中,通过裂缝修复宽度测试评估自修复能力。研究表明,当出现微裂缝时,膨胀珍珠岩破裂,释放出休眠的芽孢杆菌孢子,这些孢子在水和氧气作用下苏醒进行代谢反应,生成的沉积物能够实现裂缝修复,28天水养修复宽度可以达到0.52 mm,膨胀珍珠岩不仅可有效保护芽孢杆菌,提高其存活率,还能显著提升混凝土裂缝自修复能力,可以为混凝土裂缝自修复技术的发展提供依据。In this paper,the self-healing technology is effectively applied to hydraulic concrete cracks repair by using expanded perlite as the carrier and Bacillus koshiri as the self-healing agent,and the self-healing capability is evaluated by the crack repair width test.The results show that when micro-cracks occur,the expanded perlite ruptures and releases dormant bacillus spores,which wake up under the action of water and oxygen for metabolic reaction,and the generated deposits contribute to cracks repair,and the width of28-day hydronutrient repair can reach 0.52 mm,and the expanded perlite can not only effectively protect the bacillus and improve its survival rate,but also significantly improve the self-healing capability of hydraulic concrete cracks,which can provide a basis for the development of self-repair technology of hydraulic concrete cracks.
